INTERPRETER SIGN-UP FORM (2010 - 2011)
Please read the directions below carefully

DIRECTIONS
1. Register on our registration site. You will then be redirected to this site to sign up for a date.

2. Once you have registered your information, peruse the openings for the clinic dates below.

For Spanish speakers, we need only five interpreters each night (four on GYN Nights).

If you speak another language, our Staff Coordinators will contact you directly based on our patients' needs each night. We may then ask you to sign up on this website at that time. Therefore, please DO NOT sign up if you speak another language until our Staff Coordinators instruct you to do so.

3. Click the checkbox next to each clinic date on which you would like to work.

4. At the bottom of the page, enter the email address you used to register with us. This is what we will use to look up your information.

5. Click Submit!

6. After you click Submit, this page will automatically refresh. Your name will appear by all the dates you have successfully signed up for.

If you run into any problems, please notify Ernest Leong.
If you cannot make it on a date you've previously signed up for, please let Jennifer Escobar know.
