With the establishment of the BRIDGE Clinic and initial development and funding of resources, the BRIDGE Clinic physical therapy services will be directed towards evaluation and management of primarily musculoskeletal injuries and impairments. We will also provide educational training for integumentary conditions and assistive device use. To ensure appropriate referral, listed below are categories detailing the target population we will be accepting at the Clinic:
Evaluation and Management
● Musculoskeletal injury (Chronic or sub-acute)
● Back pain (Chronic or sub-acute)
● Spinal anomaly (Chronic or sub-acute)
Education Focus
● Diabetic wound prevention, care and self-management
